Sweet yeast dough that is made and prepared fresh daily and multiple times throughout the day. Once the dough ready, we hand roll the dough out into ribbons and wrap them around specialized baking dowels, dust them with sugar and then they are placed into our specialty rotisserie style ovens where they bake until golden brown. The melting sugar on the outside creates a beautifully light crunch while the inside dough is light and fluffy. Just pick your outside topping, find the end and the chimney will unravel!

Our Sweet Chimneys with a spread and a coating of deliciousness! We spread a thin layer of our house-made cheesecake icing or Nutella followed by a coating of your choice that sticks to the spread of your choice!

They are then placed into our specialized ovens and bake until they are golden brown when all the cheese melts! These are perfect on their own and great with one of our house-made dipping sauces!
