Scott and Kim didn’t just open a bakeshop. They brought something real back to the city they grew up in.
For five years, they were neighbours to Budapest Bakeshop in Niagara-on-the-Lake, running Sunset Grill just a few doors down. They watched the lineups. They got to know founders Todd and Anett personally. Their kids go to school together. When Budapest Bakeshop was ready to franchise, Scott and Kim were ready to bring it home.
Both originally from Burlington, 447 Brant Street sits in a neighbourhood they’ve known their whole lives. They can’t wait for Burlington to taste what they’ve been raving about for years.
